Mulch available for local residents
The Washington Convention Center Authority and the Department of Public Works (DPW) have once again kindly provided free mulch for residents in the community. The mulch was left over from last weekend's Washington Home & Garden Show. Varying amounts have been made available all around Shaw this morning. The drop pictured here is at Scott Montgomery Elementary at 5th & P Streets NW. There is usually mulch left at 10th & P Streets at Seaton Elementary School as well.
