Tree Down? Call 311

DDOT is reporting an average of 30 trees down per ward as well as a large number of branches and limbs throughout the District on streets, sidewalks and alleys. It is anticipated it will take at least until the end of the week to clear the debris. DDOT normally clears roads, trees on houses/cars, sidewalks and then alleys, in that order.

Please call 311 to report trees down or any other safety hazards and be sure to provide a precise location with a number and street name to expedite response.

Residents are advised to to be aware of additional falling limbs that may come off the trees after the storm due to additional winds and stress.
