ANC2C Oversight Hearing (tonight)

6pm, Tuesday, March 11
Committee on the Whole Public Oversight Roundtable Discussion
John A Wilson Building, Suite 500, 1350 Pennsylvania Avenue NW

The public is not allowed to testify at this hearing, only Chair Doris Brooks and Treasurer Barbara Curtis will be allowed to speak for the ANC2C Commission and represent the concerns of residents in the 2C jurisdiction. Mrs Brooks was not sure whether she would even attend this hearing when I asked her about it during last week's monthly Commission meeting. She has yet to give me an update one way or another about her plans to attend or any suggestion about what she might discuss if she does show up

Nonetheless, constituents in 2C are invited to write the Committee on the Whole to have their concerns noted in the official record.

i'm not a constituent, so i can't leave comment, but if brooks and curtis actually did show up to speak on behalf of your ANC, and that was all you got, i'd say you're not going to get the result you're looking for...
