The Department of Employment Services' [DOES] Office of Youth Programs is offering a “Prepare for Success” event down the street at the Convention Center. Young people (and parents) interested in getting a jump start on summer employment and activities need to have their applications signed by parents to register. Young people will also need to bring documents verifying: date of birth, their social security number, citizenship/alien status and DC residency.
