The new Kesley Gardens coming in 2010?
Metropolitan Development's lovely plans for Kelsey Gardens.
At the September ECCA meeting, James Wurzel [ jimwurzel ]at[ met-dev.com; (703) 770-3680] and his team presented their plan for the Kelsey Gardens site in the heart of Shaw. The new developmet, which will replace the current crime ridded public housing comples, will have 182 units — with 54 units of affordable housing to accommodate current and recent residents at Kelsey Gardens distributed evenly throughout the building, ground level retail, and two levels of underground parking.
