Have an opinion on nuisance, vacant property?
At the last single member district meeting for ANC2C02, District officials from the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) presented on how aggressive steps are being taken to report, classify and properly tax vacant properties. Should more be done? Ward 2 Councilman Jack Evans is holding a public hearing on a bill to reform the designation, registration and assessment of vacant property.
