Spring anc2c02&You!: Newsletter, Vol. 1, No. 2

Coming this week ...

ANC2C02 residents should expect hand delivered copies of the Spring newsletter this week. Copies will also be available in some local area businesses, coffee shops and community organizations. For the tech savvy (and tree huggers like Martin) who want to save a tree or two and who are content with this electronic version can let me know and we will note that on the print distribution list. If you don't receive your copy by Friday, please let us know.

The print version of the newsletter is distributed throughout ANC2C02 — to households and businesses — and is meant to reach those without access to the internet with meeting announcements and agendas and a portion of the local news and information available on this site.

I would like to send a shoutout and express my appreciation to all those who have shared their work for inclusion in the Spring newsletter: Tom Williams, FifthandO blog, Remaking Le Slum Historique blog, JackEvans.org, James Carter, Ray Milefsky and my colleague ANC2C01 Commissioner Alexander M Padro.

Of course, this would not be possible if it were not for the support of local businesses owners who have supported my effort to distribute information to the entire community both in print and online: Boris Miric, Cheryl A Lofton and Audrey Patterson, Joel N Martin, Chef Jean-Claude Le Lan, Francki DiFrancesco, Anthony Bolling, Gwen Fields, Garrette Moore, Ron Green and Russell Breakwell.

Last but not least, I would like to thank the local residents and volunteers who helped distribute the newsletter to residents in the ANC2C02 community, local businesses and coffe shops, churches and other community organizations.

Thank you all.
