OFT/ON is a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization designed to provide diversified training primarily to low- and moderate-income residents. Our approach is to assist residents acquire the skills and personal competencies necessary to move into unsubsidized, self-sustaining employment, to achieve independent living, to become responsible for self and family.

This is a training program to satisfy the needs of residents to become job ready with marketable skills that prepare them for long-term employment.
